Office Assistant / Office Worker

Tycoon Polska Sp. z o.o. is a fast-growing real estate agency. Most of our clients are foreigners. We are providing one-stop services to clients to take care of their properties and prepare necessary assistance for tenants. We are currently looking for an organized, detail-oriented Office Clerk to join our team and assist with day-to-day administrative tasks.

Responsibilities:
  • Answering and directing phone calls, emails, and other communications.
  • Filing, organizing, and maintaining office documents.
  • Assisting in scheduling meetings, appointments, and managing calendars.
  • Performing data entry tasks, updating records, and generating reports.
  • Ordering and managing office supplies.
  • Providing general support to visitors and other staff members.
  • Other administrative tasks as required.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent (additional qualifications in office administration are a plus).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel).
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Language requirements: Polish, English
  • A positive and professional attitude.
